DELILAH PANIO

A former corporate climber and road warrior, I was the ultimate “SDasher”. As the head of the U.S. business development for the Toronto Stock Exchange, it wasn’t unusual for me to take +75 flights a year and I soon started wishing for help to make my travel life easier. It was between these business trips and home, and ultimately a losing battle to stay healthy, happy and sane, that I came up with the vision for Stiletto Dash.

Seeking a new adventure and life on the beach, I jumped off the corporate ladder in 2010 and moved to Los Angeles in 2011 to complete my transition from corporate executive to entrepreneur. And despite the number of business trips I have taken, I have never lost my love of travel and have been lucky to have visited +30 countries… and counting.

With over 10 years in the North American capital markets, I also work with early stage companies on their business and financing strategies. Particularly passionate about helping other women entrepreneurs build their dream companies, I have found the perfect niche to use my formal education (MBA) and corporate training. I also fulfill my passion to empower women and girls through my volunteer work with Girls Inc. and Plan Canada. I’m a member of Women in LAVA and a chapter leader of the SoCal chapter of 85 Broads, a global women’s networking group.
